ISD's Automated Diversity & Auditing Reporting System
System Overview
The Automated Diversity Auditing & Reporting System was developed in conjunction with the automotive original equipment manufacturers to monitor their first and second tier suppliers activity with MBEs. The system gathers procurement information from the first and second tier suppliers in actual dollars spent by the suppliers with MBEs based on the MBEs certification number assigned by the National Minority Business Development Council. This information is captured in real-time and can be viewed by the OEM’s using a secure password identification system.
MBEs using a secure password can review what activity has been recorded under their certification number and validate the accuracy of the information. All users of the system are limited to the information they can view based on their password and access level.
